England Beat India In 4th Test Won Series By 4-0

England whitewash India by defeating World Champion in ODI by innings and 8 runs. Swann picked up six wickets in the second innings.

It was a tale of two phases; one when the Indians were battling hard through to the middle of the second session with both their overnight batsmen, Sachin Tendulkar and Amit Mishra at the crease. And the other, when they went down in a heap after the dismissal of Mishra for 84.

The little master was dismissed in the nineties for the ninth time in Tests; Tendulkar has now joined Rahul Dravid on top of the list of Indian batsmen who have fallen most often in the nineties. Sunil Gavaskar and Sehwag are joint-second with five dismissals in nervous nineties.
